Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to provide you with a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same state as the item you received. It must also be in the original packaging. If you receive your item and it is damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours.
Several types of goods are exempt from returns. Any used or worn items, lingerie, pantyhose, sexy toys with broken seals or used underwear will not be returned. Custom items with your name or other content you requested cannot be returned.
In order to complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you refuse on purpose, we’ll charge you 30% restocking fee and shipping fee.
After receiving and checking your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the return. We will also notify you to approve or reject the refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the credit limit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
If you are rejected, you will receive an email explaining the reason.
Late or missing refunds

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time to officially issue a refund.

Only regular-priced items can be refunded, returned or exchanged. Unfortunately, goods sold cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged. All sales items are final.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your residence, the arrival time of the exchanged products may vary.
If you ship more than $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing transportation insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
